Add means to provide a survey link at end of workshop. #35

Add way of specifying survey link for popup when finishing workshop.

This is only necessary if the lab content is not able to contain survey links.

Unless you wanted to reuse workshop image and use different survey links.

In that case I think it's easier to have one survey that have multiple choice as to which event they were attending.
