Add feature to disable terminal #49

For workshops that do not require a command terminal but do use slides or console access it would be useful if the terminal could be entirely disabled.

Set the environment variable ENABLE_TERMINAL=false.

Okay, setting that may not be enough, but this is the variable which should trigger any UI changes, not TERMINAL_TAB.
