Have button in dashboard to reset session and start over. #2

This is only an option when using anonymous-user configuration. It is necessary to have the button visit /reset, without and user prefix. This will have affect of shutting down existing pod and restarting it. For anonymous-user there is no persistent volume, so it is a complete restart.
