This PR is a good example of the new track layout. A few things to note:

no track_scripts folder
no config.yml file
All custom init scripting has been moved to 01-backstage/setup-crc
new sandbox_preset attribute added to track.yml: https://github.com/openshift-instruqt/instruqt/pull/235/files#diff-7d149c03803e70214a31e260a9259459f91bf57d4c67b192d6b8cd1f8769e111R29

LGTM! Everything is working, plus sandbox hot start had it running in seconds 👍
