created new "imageregistry' pkg and its scheme added to the client.go + new, used by imageregistry, method was added to the pods

@kononovn The imageRegistry object is a part of the cluster deployment: kind: config name: cluster

You cannot create a new, delete, or change a name. And there is NO namespace.

You can only edit: as an example, to add a storage config or change managementState
