CNV: provide an alternative cnv2.0 script

we provide the old install script for cnv2.0 so that

• people lacking quay credentials can still deploy CNV
• we have the script ready to be updated when cnv2.1 is actually published

CNV 2.0 is not supposed to be a version of this offering,

Not sure it makes sense to provide this as an option.

Wont the better option be wait for the quay token PR to merge and get a token?

the idea is to have a fall back for people getting their quay permissions sorted out

I understood the intent, but I don't think it is a valid fall back.

The plan is to go out the door with 2.1, so what value is there in installing 2.0. Who using this repo will benefit?

Since we are running OCP 4.2 and CNV 2.0 was targeted at OCP 4.1, is it a valid config?
