docs: Add pull-secret example to IBU doc #576

Background / Context

If the seed image is stored in a private registry that is not covered by the cluster's common pull secrets, a separate pull secret must be created in the openshift-lifecycle-agent namespace and referenced by the IBU CR in order for the Prep stage to access the image. This update adds an example pull-secret to the IBU doc as an aid to the user.
