Merge branch ocp-4pre into ocp-3.11 #136

This merges all the deployment updates in the ocp-4pre branch into the base (and default) ocp-3.11 branch. Content remains that for v3 OpenShift.

Tested deployment with OCP v3.11 at https://master.sanmat-9b96.openshiftworkshop.com/console/project/starter-apb-merge0/overview
