Updates parameters to agnosticd to:

put nexus in the "lab" project as the guide expects (instead of a project separate from spawners and gogs)
make sure gogs will accept self-signed certs for webhooks (SKIP_TLS_VERIFY)

Adds instructions for adding optional cluster logging workload

Fix the URL for cloning this repo
