topology application grouping instructions are out of date

In https://github.com/openshift-labs/starter-guides/blob/ocp-4.5/workshop/content/nationalparks-python-databases.adoc for example, the instructions:

Back in the Topology view, click and drag the mongodb-nationalparks component into the light gray area that denotes the workshop application, so that all three components are contained in it.

This no longer works. It is necessary to hold down SHIFT while clicking and dragging.

This likely affects other modules...
