Out of curiosity, (why) is the git version bump related to the aws region change?

@enarha no,the git version bump is unrelated to the aws region change. The CI test-docker-images-build always verify all Dockfile in this repo, the vesion git-2.43.0 of git doesn't exist, to make this CI Successful I have to modify the git version
