given the state of our CI, and the critical nature of this bump, between @ramessesii2 and myself some manual verification of this PR's branch via dev_setup.sh should be done before merging

my local testing was successful

obtained both results/pipelinerun yaml and logs
successfully pruned

awaiting an additional testing noted by @ramessesii2 or @enarha otherwise I'll merge this since our rosa cluster launches are currently broke
