Incorrect JAVA_HOME set #153

In the assemble script, JAVA_HOME is set to 1.7.0 java sdk dir (https://github.com/openshift-s2i/s2i-wildfly/blob/master/11.0/s2i/bin/assemble#L253) while it has to be to java_sdk_1.8.0

this doesn't appear to be breaking anything.
