Add scripts for readiness and liveness #161

I wonder if we could simply port the EAP scripts?

In general your liveness and readiness checks should be application dependent, I wouldn't expect it to be up to the base image to provide them.

(liveness could be an exception but doesn't have to be, and readiness certainly is not)
