There is a few items we could address in the pvcscale workload to improve the process/flow of the workload. My suggestions are:

reduce number of piped greps here
only use OpenShift templates vs combined Ansible/OpenShift templating here
pod container names are fio (Should we name these something like pvcscale?)
remove debugging output from workload playbook
add jinja2 if statements to prevent duplicated serviceaccount statement
potentially adjust variable "plumbing" to match model of http/network/scale tests to reduce complexity of the workload script itself
