Support executing e2e tests on an OCP cluster

• Refactor code to run e2e tests on a kind cluster
• Add support to run e2e tests on an OCP cluster
• Add a doc mentioning the steps to run e2e tests on KIND and OCP clusters
• Fix a minor issues while fetching the node name during e2e test runs
