for now i am manually labeling this as valid-bug since you do have a bug ticket w/ the appropriate info but the reason the bot is not happy is it expects you to reference a ticket in the OCPBUGS project when referencing a bug. Since your bug is in OCPTOOLS the bot doesn't acknowledge it as a bug ticket.
