Clean up of Ansible Operator related artifacts #326

Perform some clean up of the Ansible Operator related artifacts:

I'm waiting for a openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I'm seeing errors like this in the failed test:

WARN[2023-07-12T21:21:20Z] Failed to patch the ci-op-cwwgsmy6 namespace to update the ci.openshift.io/active annotation.  error=etcdserver: mvcc: database space exceeded

I think I'm going to re-test and see if this happens again. It seems like it could have been an infrastructure issue vs failure due to code change.
