Ansible Operator Rework #329

Description of the change:

Clean up base repository removing any duplicate or no longer used artifacts. Work towards container-native builds using cachito vs RPM-based dependency resolution.

Motivation for the change:

To make maintenance of the base image simpler and remove superfluous artifacts from the repository.
