Installer installs obsolete packages of cockpit #4010

Installer installs obsolete packages of cockpit and gives below error :

Package cockpit-shell is obsoleted by cockpit-system, trying to install cockpit-system-131-3.el7.noarch instead

This is observed in 3.5 with below packages :
