[Feature Request] Authorized IP range for API and UI access #2348

Hi team,

We have customer who would like to have a feature like authorized IP range for API and UI access. When customer doesn't have private connectivity from on-premise to Azure, it will be very helpful. Could you please check if it's possible to add it in the future release?
