Looking at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/scalability_and_performance/scaling-cluster-monitoring-operator.html#scaling-cluster-monitoring-operator, the warning refers to RHBZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1925061 that you fixed. Can the warning be removed from 4.8 docs?

There is a warning right at the top of the page. The RHBZ that is referred to in the warning has been fixed - the issue affected 4.6 to 4.7 upgrades, so the warning should no longer be relevant for 4.8 docs, and the warning can be removed.
