[enterprise-4.10] Issue in file scalability_and_performance/planning-your-environment-according-to-object-maximums.adoc #47776

Which section(s) is the issue in? In the Openshift Container Platform tested cluster maximums for major releases, the table.

What needs fixing? The table has (2) rows for Number of secrets and they differ in value. First row has 80,000 for both 3 .x and 4.x. The second row has 40,000 for both 3.x and 4.x. Is there a difference in the definition of those rows or are they duplicates with different values. Which one is correct.
