Which section(s) is the issue in?

Number of pods per node (500) https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/scalability_and_performance/planning-your-environment-according-to-object-maximums.html#cluster-maximums-major-releases_object-limits

What needs fixing?

K8s recommends no more than 110 pods for large clusters. https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/best-practices/cluster-large/ What should we recommend to our Customers?
