If debug.sh is executed against Containerized OpenShift cluster, I have this error:

> ovs-ofctl -O OpenFlow13 dump-flows br0

/tmp/openshift-sdn-debug-dd1URwoZJ/meta/debug.sh: line 13: ovs-ofctl: command not found
