Scaled down POD metrics missing in Openshift console #3176

At the start of the day, I did a deployment of my application with 5PODs. All were running healthy and serving traffic, which I was able to verify in the Openshift console metrics. In the evening, I scaled down the PODs count to 1 and after that, in the console metrics, my deployment status is showing that only one POD was running from the beginning of the deployment. Is that a known issue?
