requests.exceptions.ConnectionError to connect from vote-ui to vote-api #130

When I vote it in GUI, the connection error occurs as below:

OCP version: 4.5 TKN Client: 0.11 Tutorial: release-tech-preview-2

This issue is happening sporadically.
