Revert "Added instrutions to adjust the service account permissions" #30

https://github.com/operator-framework/community-operators/pull/788 provides a fix for the RBAC issue, so when that PR gets merged, this hack can be removed completely.

This reverts commit f274978dc7081218102d007234aacfa94317f9af.
