Reconcile class parameter documentation with puppet deployment guide #347

The intention of this is to ensure that README.asciidoc is in sync with manifests/init.pp and origin-server's documentation/oo_deployment_guide_puppet.adoc. See https://github.com/openshift/origin-server/pull/5918 for a corresponding PR against that repo.
