docs/operators/03-second-level-operators: 'console' highlighting #417

GitHub uses Linguist for syntax highlighting (as discussed in #414). By converting these two blocks to console highlighting, we can add prompts and stop highlighting their output as if it were shell script.

Also add a trailing newline to the file.

We don't actually send people here, but I'll accept this anyway and we can review it later.
