Can any reference be changed to maistra-0.9 instead of maistra-0.10?

I followed all the instructions in the Istio doc and made my remarks. Removing the set label task will make it simpler and shorter, the rest works as per instruction.

@tvieira @brian-avery just to be clear/sure -- we want to use 0.9 and not 0.10 for beta3?
