URL to/from Query translations are incorrect in some cases #45

Review the translations for all node types. The following are known to need attention:

Query: k8s:Pod:{namespace: openshift-logging} -Focus pod, then try to open alerts as discovered from pod

Get "undefined" elements in the query instead of omitting them.

list queries (e.g. deployment, pod) not correctly translated to query.
KubeDeploymentReplicasMismatch -> Pod -> https://console-openshift-console.apps.snoflake.home/k8s/ns/default/pods
- should give https://console-openshift-console.apps.snoflake.home/k8s/ns/default/pods/bad-config-deployment-56b4997dd9-qk4q2
- Focus gives "undefined" pod name.
