Description

As a user, I want to be able to deploy to multiple environments.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The system should be deployable to mulitple targets (OSO-Free, OSO-Paid, OSD)
[ ] Che Workspace / Jenkins master (OSO-Free, OSO-Paid, OSD)

Note:

OSIO currently only support OSO as a deployment target for the built applications.
OSIO does not run on OSO, but in our own OSD.
Build OSIO in OSIO we need support for running tenant services like Build in OSD so we can deploy into the production environment.

I am adding myself as an assignee. The spirit of this Epic is correct, but we need to reword based upon current plans and create child issues. This reworking will likely occur during I train planning.
