Have default labels in each space #4323

I think it makes sense to have a default set of labels for each space that is created. Any suggestions? We could configure this per space template so each type of space (agile, Scrum, SDD) can have their own set of labels with possible distinct values.

These are kubernetes labels? Where would they be applied and what all labels would be used?

@kwk do you mean planner labels that are like tags or Kube labels?

@joshuawilson. In planner we have labels that are like tags. And as github does it, we could have a set of default ones that each project gets when created.

Github has a set of default labels, we could start by matching them.
