Automated Contract API test for Forge Wizard

After meeting with @bartoszmajsak we will also do a MVP on API contract testing.

Here is the different task involved:

• [ ] make consumer working on fabric8-ui unit test (create html component test using https://github.com/fabric8-ui/fabric8-ui/pull/2234 rather than service-focused tests as in https://github.com/fabric8-ui/fabric8-ui/pull/1979/)
• [ ] try Typescript Pact (v.5+ https://github.com/pact-foundation/pact-js/issues/76)
• [ ] write few realistic tests for it (import wizard step1 to 4)
• [ ] setup provider verification on fabric8-generator repo - the forge addon. Test written in Java
• [ ] sharing the consumer-provider contract files in github to start with see epic on CD/CI for contract integration test
