Fix possessive acronyms in LaTeX #370

There are a few examples of possessive acronyms in the Specification. While these are unlikely to cause a true formatting issue, it is possible.

The formatting issue would appear as "Silicon Graphics International (SGI)'s" vs. "Silicon Graphics International's (SGI)".

This StackOverflow question includes a solution that works with our current acronym package and another with the glossaries package, which we may use to address #228.
