We received a report that shmem_calloc and shmalloc tests fail on the v1.4.5 of tests-sos.

I think it's appropriate to include the fix from this PR on SOS to the v1.4.x branch of tests-sos: https://github.com/Sandia-OpenSHMEM/SOS/pull/982
