WBS3 failing to read FW CheckRespond_FlashRead4K: ERROR #20

Hi can you help? Bought stupid LEDVANCE lamp paid a lot, and it can not be added to tuya cloud... so decided to flash your fw. But before flashing i want t read current fw, but it fails :( Wires are short, all good. but getting error.

UART-TO USB is CH340

Backup name is set to dd. Starting read! Now is: Saturday, September 23, 2023 01:54:46. Flasher mode: BK7231T Going to open port: COM7. Serial port open! Getting bus... (now, please do reboot by CEN or by power off/on) Getting bus success! Going to set baud rate setting (115200)! Going to start reading at offset 0x00... Reading 0x00... Ok! Reading 0x1000... CheckRespond_FlashRead4K: ERROR Failed! There was no result to save.

i managed to get to this point, when i disconnected 3.3+ and only after pressing to read FW connected it. but still failed.

Reading 0x00... Ok! Reading 0x1000... Ok! Reading 0x2000... CheckRespond_FlashRead4K: ERROR

Sorry it was my fault. You said in many places USE external power ch340 can not deliver needed current..i ignored it...and only after i connected external 3.3v - everything worked :)
