Create set of cool and cohesive OpenSim videos

Create two sets of OpenSim videos, along with the instructions/parameters required to create, new similar videos (so we could add more movements in the future).

One set would be on a white background and white floor; and the second set would be on a dark background (similar to this one).

Movements to simulate:

• Sprinting (Nicos could provide model and simulation states)
• Broad jump (Jen can share link to files)
• Triple hop (Jen can share link to files)
• Upper extremity movement from Jenny and/or Matt

Movies should be slowed down to allow visualization of the muscles and movements (similar to video linked above) Tune bone colors, etc. to display well on either background We'll likely want to iterate on playback speed, background details, view of the movement (so that would ideally be easy to do also).

The video I linked to above was created with ffmpeg (from stills generated in the OpenSim GUI). I am guessing that we may need to do something similar for this set of videos to achieve the desired video quality. But this work could inform future improvements to the visualizer to make the process easier for others.
