Arrow (geometry) fails to draw #345

Model loads but throws NullPointer exception.

Are there any models with Arrow Geometry to test with? If none, then there's no need to support Arrows in 4.0. Forces are displayed as Arrows that are created on the fly not as OpenSim or DecorativeGeometry
