Create default animations #92

include within the gltf file for a model, an animation obtained by moving the first rotational coordinate along its range. Eventually this will be replaced by arbitrary motions and/or user choice of what sliders/motions to create. The goal was to setup the machinery to create model animations for the future and to test performance, develop movie recording downstream.
