I just created a new instance called tacc-app on Jetstream from a snapshot of tacc-staging, updating the host name on the new vm accordingly.

The tacc-app instance on Jetstream mounts the data volume /projects/skope mounted on tacc-staging via NFS, and it has a public IP address and DNS name. It is now ready to be used for the production SKOPE app.
