Display graph metadata #156

We need some metadata in the file about what the uncertainty bar represents. That should be displayed. E.g., Uncertainty displayed=standard error.

Other metadata could include the title, description, and units.

What exactly should be displayed and how exactly? Is it going to be in markdown or a structured format? Do we have an example?

I recommend not including metadata about graphs in the beta release. It's a big change to the protocol and to the server code.
