All pages: Integrate the SKOPE logo into the header or put “SKOPE” at upper left in Bitter font with RGB 128,0,0 in a larger font if possible. Maybe also hyperlink that back to the text web page.

What is the license on the Bitter font? Should we just use an image?

it's "open font license" I think it should be ok
