Timeline of the plots should use UTC dates. #213

Date "1000-01-01" would be "0999-12-31" in local time, and displayed as "0999".

Resolved as of a012223c9320e9393c941dc4db68e522624c83d2.

To avoid strange quirks of timezone in early years (1 BC for example), date strings are treated as local time to avoid dealing with timezone.
