refresh in visualize / analyze missing selected_area in request payload #141

the payload appears to have everything except for selected_area - look into the request api for a possible timing issue where the geometry isn't being restored from the warehouse properly or is happening in SSR vs client-side

basic refresh in visualize / analyze now works, but refresh after loading the request data in does not
