do not zoom out again after clearing a geometry

do not reset the view when the geometry is cleared

steps to reproduce:

1. zoom in and create a geometry somewhere
2. delete it using the draw toolbar
3. the map view zooms out again to the entire dataset extent (probably due to an overzealous setBounds - remove it)
