They are stacking correctly but css heights and container sizings need to be refined

fixed by @chrstngyn in 39e3eda2eb2dc5b5b7d1d4fe66f60e85e2b187d2 though the dataset title could now use a little improvement in responsiveness. Will create a separate issue for that
