IRC traffic #7

Hello,

My receiver-kit try to connect IRC server irc.undernet.org.

Is it normal? Is OpenSky Network uses IRC protocol in thier process?

No that's certainly not normal. Is the device exposed to the Internet? It's running a rather old version of the adsbreceiver.net web portal, maybe there was a bug. We're not aware of anything but devices should in general not be exposed to the Internet for security reasons.

My recommendation is to reset it by doing this: https://github.com/openskynetwork/receiver-kit#updating-your-receiver
