Support of OSM Rel 9 ? #4

Hello, I was wondering if Openslice would be compatible with OSM v9. We plan to use it with this version for a Proof of Concept in Orange Labs Networks. What would be the effort to code this ?

Hi, the issue with OSM9 is that the NFV model changed to ETSI NFV standardized YANG Data Models (ETSI NFV-SOL006), which is good, but we need to work on that to properly read the models. There is a possibility that also some changes might be needed to the OSM NBI. At the current time I cannot provide a timeframe for resolving this, but we hope during the next couple of months

Hi, Thank you for this quick answer. Thanks to this feedback, we will certainly work on an OSM8 version to test this before moving to OSM9. If things are promising, we'll have to see how to contribute and maybe help you in this task. All the best !
